Hello Grade 4 Parents! May 8, 2012
So many things are going on, so I want to help you keep it all straight. The students and I discussed all this first hour and we decided to bring all the details to your attention.
May 8 - Tuesday: Eat lunch at 11:50, go to Z Campus at 12:20 by bus, leave Z Campus at 2:10
pm and return to Beyzyma for ESL and After School Activities.
May 9 - Wednesday: Eat lunch at 11:35, go to Philharmonic at 12:00 by bus, leave
Philharmonic by 3:15 and walk to Z Campus, eat snack, Parents come to Z Campus for
Art Exhibition at 4 pm. Leave with students anytime after viewing exhibition.
May 10 - Thursday: Normal Day
May 11 - Friday: Lunch Birthday Party for Sae Rim, After School Birthday Party for Jaqueline
(please let Jaqueline’s mom know if your child can’t make it Friday after school). NEXT WEEK:
May 15 - Tuesday: Eat lunch 11:50 am, go to Z Campus at 12:20 pm by bus, return to Beyzyma
by bus for ESL and After School Activities
May 16 - Wednesday: Normal lunch time (pack extra snack for eating at Philharmonic), leave
Beyzyma at 1:30 pm by bus for Philharmonic, practice until 4:30 pm, pick up students
at Philharmonic
May 17 – Thursday: School ends at 2:40 pm, pick up students and arrive at Philharmonic at
4:30 pm in black/dark blue pants or skirt with all white (not cream or off white)
blouse/shirt WEEK FOLLOWING:
May 25 – Friday: Grade 3 and 4 Field Trip to Katowice, details to come in the next couple of
days! ATTENTION!
Two tickets for the concert at Philharmonic will be given to each family. Only two tickets! WIS and ATUT families will all get two tickets per family, so there will be no other tickets available. If you are not using a second ticket, please allow us to offer the ticket to visiting family (like grandparents that are visiting from out of the country and happen to be here at the time)J

Newsletter - 10 May
The 2012 Art Exhibition opened on the 9th of May and continues until 2pm
Friday 11th at Zielinskiego campus. I was happy to see so many of you parents
coming and supporting your children. Thank you. This is an annual event
and both PYP and MYP school students were represented with their best art
work during this art show.
There were paintings, drawings and 3D art as well as print making. Please
share your excellent photos from the art exhibition with WIS Facebook.
Thank you for sharing the cakes and cookies during the opening ceremony.
